Service Contracts/ Automatic HVAC Service

Instead of traditional service contracts we offer "Automatic HVAC Service".

We keep a list of customers who would like us to automatically come in the Fall and service the heating for the winter and again in the Spring to get the air conditioning ready.

There is no charge for being on the list. We just charge for the time spent performing the service (usually our minimum service charge). If we have access to your key we come automatically. If you prefer, we simply call you and make an arrangement that is convenient for you.
